The rooms were small but cozy, with comfortable beds and a great view. The staff was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any requests. The location was central and convenient, with free parking nearby. The rooms were spotlessly clean and all amenities were provided, including free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. it was a great value for money and I would definitely stay here again!

I recently stayed at Residence Surmont in Ypres for one night. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of the Menin Gate and surrounded by bars and restaurants. The room, although small, was clean and comfortable, with minimal decoration. Despite being in the town center, it was surprisingly quiet at night. Parking was convenient, with the ability to park right outside the hotel. The staff was friendly and the communication via email was accurate and informative. a great budget option in a safe and clean area.

Great location, just a short walk from the main square, with plenty of free parking nearby. the owner was very helpful and spoke perfect English. He even let me use his garage which was a bonus. Best aspects: Excellent location close to the city center. Free on, street parking.

The stairs inside the building were quite steep and narrow, which may be challenging for some guests. Wi, Fi was unreliable and we had some difficulty getting in touch with the owner.
